Come practice yoga in Rachel’s home studio. Bring your own mat and towel if you are able. I have basic props for use during class.  Class theme will vary from standing poses, forward bends, back extensions, strength and stability. We will incorporate use of the Great Yoga Wall, the headstander, and  stability balls. I will offer variations for safe and supported practice for all.
